4th of July

Before I get to our 4th of July pictures, I had to share A and E's first time eating ice cream.  After dinner on Father's Day, we went to the local Brusters.  They have "baby" cones-perfect!  They were just the right size.  We got them plain old vanilla to break them in a little.  I think they enjoyed them...

On the 4th we started our celebration off by going to the Dunwoody parade.  We got there a little early b/c the parade started at 9 am.  It said that it should take an hour to reach the end, which is where we were sitting. At 10:45 it had just reached us.  Needless to say, the babies were restless.  They could only sit in the wagon for so long.  All Emilie wanted to do was run away from us and Anna wanted to crawl through the crowded wet grass then into the street.

We don't have the best pictures to share.  It's pretty hard to take pictures and hold screaming babies at the same time.  Seems like we always miss out on good picture opportunities!
